Data deletion instructions

This page explains how to delete the data handled by the Pro World One / Pro Mundo Uno publishing tool (Postiz, self-hosted at panel.promundouno.com). The tool only connects to Pro Mundo Uno's own accounts; it does not collect data from visitors or from other Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok or YouTube users.

What data is stored

The access tokens issued by each network, the name, ID and profile picture of the connected account, scheduled content and the metrics of those accounts. More detail in the Privacy Policy.

Option 1: remove access from the social network

1. Facebook: Settings and privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) → select the app → Remove.
2. Instagram: Settings → Accounts Center or Apps and websites → select the app → Remove.
3. Threads: Settings → Account → Website permissions → select the app → Remove.
4. TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions → Remove access.
5. Google / YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions → select the app → Remove access.

Once access is removed, the token stops working and we delete the data linked to that account from the tool within 30 days.

Option 2: request it by email

Write to contacto@promundouno.com with the subject “Data deletion” and tell us the network and account. We will delete the data within 30 days and confirm by email with a reference number.

Content already published

Posts remain on each network under its own rules and can be deleted there directly.
